Ordinary brushed and sandblasted stainless steel plates feature tiny pits, to which pulp fibers easily adhere and form scaling. After multi-stage precision mirror polishing, the pulp-contact surfaces of the equipment become smooth, dense, pore-free and burr-free.On one hand, this drastically reduces pulp flow resistance, lowers pump load, cuts energy consumption and improves the efficiency of screening and thickening. On the other hand, it completely eliminates pulp wall adhesion.
